Reproducing these steps, as I have already tried to a gazillion times before, renders me with this page: --- Search Results Your search for Q165539 did not find any matches. You may want to review the search words you entered to ensure they are not misspelled. --- Please understand that *I* am not the one having difficulties, it is *YOU* who have a *BUG* in your system for KB ID searches, which is fully reproducible. It has *NEVER* worked, neither for me, nor for any of my friends that have I asked. I could even give you screenshots or written testimonials. I repeat: THERE IS A BUG IN YOUR KB ID SEARCH! Sheesh. Sorry for shouting. Hope it gets through this way ;-) Regards /Claes There is of course always the possibility that the problem isn't originally related to the KB ID search, it could for instance, be that my "support account" is corrupt and the KB ID search is misinterpreting that, or some other zany reason, but then please tell me if there's anything I can do about it. Don't give me the click-on-the-buttons-in-this-order-and-it-should-work answer (because it doesn't). > > Thank you, > > Stacy > Microsoft Online Customer Representative > > -----Original Message----- > From: Claes Mensson [mailto:cj@samurajdata.se] > Sent: Thursday, February 25, 1999 11:21 AM > To: Microsoft Support Online Feedback > Subject: Searching KB ID's > > Hi! > > To my knowledge, searching for a knowledge base ID in the > "Search Support" > page has never worked.
